Pros

They will hire ANYONE with a pulse. You can get away with everything up to murder with them and face NO consequences. There is ALWAYS someone for 'comic relief'

Cons

The pay is basically minimum wage. You work with mostly IDIOTS as the good ones (that are able) have moved on to bigger and better. Being a supervisor there is basically babysitting drama queens (or kings) all day while still being expected to find time to do your actual job.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
