Cons

Everything is held against you : client survey that you have no control over, not getting enough "referrals" aka sales even though we aren't allowed to do sales. They are getting fussy about clocking in 5 minutes early to start up all the programs needed to begin taking calls

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
