It is a job and they pay you.

Cons

Where do you start? If you like being belittled while working in a hostile work environment, this is the place for you. Employees are motivated through "If this doesn't happen you will be fired" motivational techniques. With Directors, Ops Managers and Supervisors who take all the credit for all the good and throw everyone else under the bus for all the bad. Company is losing money hand over fist because they don't know how to run the business. They haven't firgued out that when you have keep replacing employees because you treat them badly leading to higher costs. They people are just so wrong.

Pros

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Good PTO policy. Employee-owned company.

Cons

Training is woefully inadequate. Advancement is inconsistent, and it is extremely common for high-performing employees to be promoted and then subsequently demoted through no fault of their own, due to internal restructuring (loss of a contract, offshoring, outsourcing, ETC). This has a devastating impact on morale, and management does not seem to care.
