If you are a dedicated and dependable employee they will recognize that and provide opportunties to grow within the organization. They offer multiple training programs, mentorship opportunities and the chance to take on new challenges. Advanced is exceptional at keeping up with the times and implementing new forms of technology. It is a positive work environment and they take the company values and the culture very serioulsy!

Workload could be considered a con but I would rather have too much work than not enough.

I have been blessed to find a home at Advanced Roofing. They are a family owned business that deeply cares, strives for success in their employees, have growth opportunities and are passionate about providing both A+ customer service and a finished product.

Due to working remote in a different time zone, I start work early to maintain the same schedule as my co-workers. With that said though, that does mean my day wraps up a little earlier than those in my current time zone which only means more time with my family!
