      Advent offers Flexible work environment, Great technology, Family atmosphere , Interesting Projects. Everyone is extremely helpful to new developers and you really get to grow and make a career. Work space and tools are top notch to make time spent working comfortable and enjoyable.

      Changing priorities makes it difficult to focus.

      Remote work. Live/work balance. Paid by employee medical insurance.

      No carrier grow, No salary or benefit review for ever. Rude small caliber management. Not developer friendly environment. 35 years old code like nightmare. Oldest technologies for you.
