Pros

Overtime and bonuses offered frequently. Savings plan for full-timers is good. Employees are friendly and fun to work with. Has potential for being better in the near future if staffing issues are solved.

Cons

Extremely low pay especially for those starting out in the field. Bottom of the the bottom. You end up burning yourself out working extra hours to supplement income. They are always short-staffed which means you always have a big workload.

Pros

- Great experience for healthcare - Learn lots of valuable skills and knowledge - Availability of shifts The ER at Adventhealth Tampa is a great place to work it when you're focused on your personal goals in developing your skills within healthcare. The location is constantly busy and there is always something to do. Moreover, there are plenty of shifts to pick up if you need the extra money. The skills you learn as an ER Technician are beneficial especially if you want to move up in your career.

Cons

- Constant workflow and very busy - Not very welcoming The ER at Adventhealth Tampa can be very busy at times. Some days there will be 40-60 patients in the department others will be 70-100. It can vary each day, but most of the time the work is very busy. There will be a lot of sick patients. Moreover, the place doesn't feel as welcoming or friendly, it feels very cliquey. Unnecessary attitude between coworkers for no reason.
