The location is constantly busy and there is always something to do. Moreover, there are plenty of shifts to pick up if you need the extra money. The skills you learn as an ER Technician are beneficial especially if you want to move up in your career.

- Constant workflow and very busy - Not very welcoming The ER at Adventhealth Tampa can be very busy at times. Some days there will be 40-60 patients in the department others will be 70-100. It can vary each day, but most of the time the work is very busy. There will be a lot of sick patients. Moreover, the place doesn't feel as welcoming or friendly, it feels very cliquey. Unnecessary attitude between coworkers for no reason.
