Pros

FHT is more than happy to help and grow their employees. They are the first ones to hire someone because they are a good person rather than their experiences, and for what I've seen this is better than someone that has experience. The education department is hands down one of the best

Cons

There are a lot of changes in how things are run, and its deterring a lot of employees from continuing their careers with FHT. Don't be discourage though, they are beginning to fix things for the better.

Pros

- Great experience for healthcare - Learn lots of valuable skills and knowledge - Availability of shifts The ER at Adventhealth Tampa is a great place to work it when you're focused on your personal goals in developing your skills within healthcare. The location is constantly busy and there is always something to do. Moreover, there are plenty of shifts to pick up if you need the extra money. The skills you learn as an ER Technician are beneficial especially if you want to move up in your career.

Cons

- Constant workflow and very busy - Not very welcoming The ER at Adventhealth Tampa can be very busy at times. Some days there will be 40-60 patients in the department others will be 70-100. It can vary each day, but most of the time the work is very busy. There will be a lot of sick patients. Moreover, the place doesn't feel as welcoming or friendly, it feels very cliquey. Unnecessary attitude between coworkers for no reason.
