I'm happy that the time and energy we spend focusing on developing the skills of our people is being felt by our outside sales people. Every individual we hire, we do so in hopes that they learn to become a happy, successful and fulfilled contributor to our company for a long time.
Communication between sales people, assistant managers and managers is a very big concern for our company. In fact, our concerns don't stop there. We have the huge task of ensuring communication between all of those roles as well as all the roles in the production team. This is why we have been developing a CRM (customer relationship management) tool to help manage the huge increase in business that we have experienced over the last 4 years. Last spring, we identified the additional challenges that our growth were causing and began a relationship with a software developer to make seamless communication with all roles fast, easy and complete. We had hoped to have this program ready for launch at the beginning of our 2016 build season, but there have been delays. Some of the challenges we are facing right now are related to the incomplete program that is currently being tested by our managers. Thank you for confirming our need to get this program fully operational as quickly as possible.
