We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about your experience. We would, however, like to clarify your comments regarding our career path and training. All of our training is one-on-one with Sales Managers in the field. In addition to continuous in the field training, we have new hires go through two full days of instruction led by our Sales Market Managers. Also, we regularly hold training meetings with different markets in order for everyone to share best practices, provide guidance, and most importantly, have fun! We promote 100% from within because we know that real first-hand experience is what prepares our leaders for success. We can train anyone, regardless of background, so long as the effort is put forth to learn. Our training program puts each new sales employee in the path of becoming a Sales Manager depending on effort and results, all the while earning a six-figure income. Great money if you hustle, you make 6% of profit when a homeowner picks out colors for shingles, and 6% of profit if your a field team member doing the inspection.

Cons

nobody likes door knocking, but you will make money if you good at closing,
