Pros

This company has set their sights on career advancement of qualified candidates. I have personally received two promotions in two seasons with Advocate Construction and it has been made clear that there are still future advancement opportunities available. In regards to compensation, I'm better compensated financially at Advocate than I was in my previous role with a Fortune 100 company despite 7 years and the same number of promotions (2). The leadership here at Advocate Construction is extremely knowledgeable which shows itself by delivering great service to all customers. Senior Management is also driven to provide a positive work environment and to exceed compensation expectations for all workers.

Cons

Advocate Construction supported me throughout learning new roles, but I to get up to speed there were moments where I felt I was pushed beyond my what I thought I was capable of.

Great money if you hustle, you make 6% of profit when a homeowner picks out colors for shingles, and 6% of profit if your a field team member doing the inspection.

Cons

nobody likes door knocking, but you will make money if you good at closing,
