Pros

You're in a draw, so you get paid every week. That's pretty much all. They do take you on a training trip to Colorado, but it's not very fun if you aren't a alcoholic.

Cons

All of my customers are angry all of the time and managers are too busy to help any of us. I never make it home for dinner with my family, commission is less then other companies. Managers just want to get the roof done and ignore all the other projects. We get sent to give out estimates to customers, but really just send pictures to someone who does them for us. Oh, and you sign a no-compete contract before you know how any of it works. I'm applying other places.

Great money if you hustle, you make 6% of profit when a homeowner picks out colors for shingles, and 6% of profit if your a field team member doing the inspection.

Cons

nobody likes door knocking, but you will make money if you good at closing,
