Pros
The biggest thing that stood out to be about advocate was the company culture, I have never been in an environment where I can genuinely say that every manager and every sales rep really has your best interest in mind. Since the very start I have had fellow reps give me advice and push me to be better every single morning I come into the office. Now onto managers, the amount of effort I have seen from both my direct manager and director has been amazing, I saw other concerns that training was only a few days and then you were left on your own. This is definitely not the experience I had, my sales manager is in constant contact with me on a daily basis giving me feedback on interactions I have in the field, also if I am ever unable to reach my manager I give my buddy a call and he’s always there to help as well. The pay is great, there are incentive trips for top performers, and frequent work events that genuinely feel separated from work and strictly for fun.
Cons
Door knocking is not for everyone, long hours and potential short Saturday shifts if expected numbers haven’t been met in the week
