Thank you for your time and input. We want you to know we hear you. You want to be paid more for the work you do. This is an assertion made often inside our industry, and outside of it for that matter. Every day, the senior leadership strategizes on how to attract top talent and retain our good and loyal staff. Pay and benefits for our staff plays prominently in these discussions.
We continuously review wages. If changes need to be made outside the routine annual wage increase cycle, we make these changes. Sometimes we hear it’s enough; sometimes we hear it isn’t for some. The amount of time and action Aegis spends on this very important and ongoing issue points to how much of a priority it is. We will continue to make decisions that will help drive staff satisfaction.
This week we are conducting a survey of all employees on our annual pay and benefits. Your additional feedback is essential as we define the areas that can favorably impact dedicated staff members in 2021 and beyond.
Regarding the problem of some staff parking in the garage and some parking on the street, we must treat all staff equally. Your comment is a point for me to remind our General Managers to keep vigilant and protect the equality that helps make us who we are.
