11yThis is Dwayne Clark Aegis CEO, I am so sorry you were disappointed in employment with us. It sounds like it was not a good experience. I think the biggest issue here is it seems that you got a very poor orientation about benefits and other things we do for employees. We do have a medical program for staff that the company pays the majority of and its affordable for employees. The event you referred to as event where used clothes are given out, partially true , but far from the whole truth, winterfest as it referred to is a wildly successful events where new clothes, new shoes, children's toys and even food is given out, nearly 80 staff work tireless to put this event on and it is a magical event not only for staff but for families, kids come, it is an incredible heartwarming day that our culture has become very proud of, additionally employee receive meals for $1 , discount on haircuts, educational reimbursements and profit sharing bonus and instant bonus. Most of our long term rewards are reserved for employees who are with us long term or over a year. We have implemented a new program called Employee Life Improvement Program or ELIP that has a myriad of career pathways and wage increase opportunities. I feel bad that you feel you were treated poorly, I would welcome the opportunity to meet you in person and speak more if you be so kind to accommodate me. I wish you the best of luck in you new job.
