Pros

The only good thing is that the co-workers become family.

Cons

Aegis is unorganized and make there staff work between 8 and 14 hour shifts at one time. The command center waits till the last minute to find cover for the following shifts. AEGIS communication with staff is faulty.

Pros

Loved working for the company. Regional Manager was amazing at helping me with direct issues at my site. Mostly easy job for the most part

Cons

- Most sites seem to be 24/7/365 coverage so you may work on holidays and weekends - Pay is mostly dependent on the contract in place with the site -PTO is limited

At the specific site I'm on I really love my coworkers and bosses. They make the job.

Cons

Honestly, the pay is the only downside of the job. If you move up quickly then the job is worth it.
