Pros

They pay better than some, but in the interview they will tell you the highest paying job and hire you for the lowest.

Cons

No room for advancement or raises whatsoever. Command Center will change your schedule on the fly without telling you and say it's your fault if they messed up the schedule. Trying to contact HR took a week and a half before I managed to get a hold of someone. Aegis doesn't care about their employees and they can and will terminate your employment for anything they want.

Pros

Loved working for the company. Regional Manager was amazing at helping me with direct issues at my site. Mostly easy job for the most part

Cons

- Most sites seem to be 24/7/365 coverage so you may work on holidays and weekends - Pay is mostly dependent on the contract in place with the site -PTO is limited

Pros

At the specific site I'm on I really love my coworkers and bosses. They make the job.

Cons

Honestly, the pay is the only downside of the job. If you move up quickly then the job is worth it.
