Nothing besides being paid to sit on a chair or standing up depending on site location

Cons

Everything, don’t care about employees don’t care about your hours you can’t leave unless you’re relived had many horrible 16 hour shifts that interfere with family activities.

Loved working for the company. Regional Manager was amazing at helping me with direct issues at my site. Mostly easy job for the most part

Cons

- Most sites seem to be 24/7/365 coverage so you may work on holidays and weekends - Pay is mostly dependent on the contract in place with the site -PTO is limited

At the specific site I'm on I really love my coworkers and bosses. They make the job.

Cons

Honestly, the pay is the only downside of the job. If you move up quickly then the job is worth it.
