Pros

Owner is a nice guy, very smart

Cons

The thing that they measure you on the most is the number of hours you put in. If you contribute 100 units of work in 50 hours and somebody else contributes 50 units of work in 100 hours, the person who gets less done in more hours is rated higher. Salaries pretty low. They installed multiple cameras in a room where about 10 of us sat to watch us work. It was weird.

Pros

Loved working for the company. Regional Manager was amazing at helping me with direct issues at my site. Mostly easy job for the most part

Cons

- Most sites seem to be 24/7/365 coverage so you may work on holidays and weekends - Pay is mostly dependent on the contract in place with the site -PTO is limited

At the specific site I'm on I really love my coworkers and bosses. They make the job.

Cons

Honestly, the pay is the only downside of the job. If you move up quickly then the job is worth it.
