Pros

Recently, there has been a positive shift in management and leadership. I am excited to see what the future holds for this organization. The company has very good benefits, holds company events, and invests in training for the entire organization.

Cons

The company relies on self-starters. If you do not have the initiative to tackle a problem, then you may not enjoy working here.

Pros

Great ownership and great people. Everyone is happy and works together well. Small company so there are lots of opportunities to learn different areas. company treated employees well and kept safety in mind during covid

Cons

The pay could be better but that is adequate. There isn't much opportunity to work remotely. you will be on your feet a lot but that's not necessarily bad
