Pros

Great ownership and great people. Everyone is happy and works together well. Small company so there are lots of opportunities to learn different areas. company treated employees well and kept safety in mind during covid

Cons

The pay could be better but that is adequate. There isn't much opportunity to work remotely. you will be on your feet a lot but that's not necessarily bad

Very difficult to find things to dislike. Always a few difficult people to deal with but overall great team.
