Pros

Great ownership and great people. Everyone is happy and works together well. Small company so there are lots of opportunities to learn different areas. company treated employees well and kept safety in mind during covid

Cons

The pay could be better but that is adequate. There isn't much opportunity to work remotely. you will be on your feet a lot but that's not necessarily bad

Pros

flexible to some degree. good work like balance, in some positions.

Cons

if you like to be micromanaged every single step of the way, this is the place for you. there is an incredible amount of "big brother" going on here. the culture is awful.
