I've been with Aeroflow three years now. I started entry-level in the inside sales department and was recognized for my top sales and hard work by being promoted into a training position after 6 months. This company is constantly growing and adapting to the always changing healthcare world; which opens up opportunities for promoting from within. As new departments and positions open up, Aeroflow always looks to their own employees and those that excel to fill these positions. The biggest reward for working at Aeroflow is helping the lives of our patients; while it may be difficult at times, that's what it's all about.
