The department head is incredibly out of touch. She's rude and insensitive and 100% knows everyone is afraid of her. Everyone feels like they are walking on egg shells, you get no breaks and are expected to do classes and consultations back to back with very little time in between. They keep firing people including most recently someone who was pregnant. You're forced into making their social media videos even though they know they have a terrible reputation online and if you don't feel comfortable teaching a specific class they don't care
