Pros
Several great things about this company: 1) Culture- A lot of companies will tell you that they have a great culture and a great team. Aerotek stays true to these words. The company hires ambitious, motivated, and career oriented individuals that want to excel in their career. The internal team pushes each other and consistently holds one another accountable. Not to mention... you have fun! 2)Compensation- the base salary was just raised 20k to reward the internal employees for their hard work. After a year or two, you can be making a lot of great money. Several internal employees make 6 figures. 3)Room to grow- if you want to move up in your career, this company will hold you accountable and push you to the next level. The training that Aerotek provides is UNREAL. They will send you to corporate locations for extensive training, take time for training within the office, and give you any advice that you need to be successful. 4)National company- If something changes in your life and you need to relocate, the company is willing to work with you. I'm at my 3rd office in 2 years due to unforeseen events and am very thankful for the opportunity to stay with the company. 5)Largest in the industry- we have a ton of resources that provide us with some great ammo when competing with competition. I have recommended this company to several of my close friends. If you are ambitious, motivated, hard working, and want to have fun at work- I highly recommend Aerotek to you!
Cons
The hours can be hard- but they are worth it. Just like anything, the more you put in, the more you get out. The hours tend to be longer in your first year of your role....if you can get through that, it gets a lot easier.
