Pros
The environment is very young and energetic, it's a great spot to get started if you're looking to get into sales.
Cons
The hours are awful and it's really all a numbers game. The salary for recruiters varies from office-to-office, but it's pretty low in comparison to other recruiting agencies, especially when you are working standard 50-55 hour weeks, often more. You're continually enticed by the opportunity to move up in the company and make a lot of money. And while that opportunity may exist, not everyone is money-hungry enough to sacrifice a life outside of staffing. I wouldn't recommend this as a long-term thing if you're not trying to get into sales.
