Pros
We have a fantastic culture here at aescape and a remarkable leader who is people first and very hands on. I've had the opportunity to work with many good and also many bad executives but the truly great ones are rare and I found one of the greatest in aescape's CEO. Eric Litman is motivating, innovative and caring and to top it ofo, the mastermind behind a fantastic product that has all the potential to shape up the health and wellness industry. We offer all the benefits and more than I could've hoped for. The communication up and down is great and doesn't leave room for interpretation: The expectations are set (on both ends) from the start. I have an extremely flexible schedule that I need to cater after my special needs child and micromanagement doesn't exist, instead we lean on a lot of accountability and trust. I found the company I want to retire with in aescape and I'm terribly proud of what we're doing.
Cons
As a fully remote worker I sometimes miss the office interactions, however, it allows me to remain flexible and we have an office robot (remotely controlled via an app) that I can utilize to cruise through the space and say hi. 21st century's finest!
