Pros
Very good pay, great benefits - like 5 weeks vacation in IT match on 401k, decent raises, bonuses are also good, based on position, start from 4% and up, however you always get more, assuming you make 80K, and bonus for your position is 8%, you should get 6400$ but you get more like 9-10K, just because the company is nice!!!
Cons
healthcare insurance is affordable but not so good, like everywhere else, high deductible plans, if you don't get sick you are good. Also, things are done in a weird way - not your typical IT projects, hard to explain. in addition, a lot of waste - really talented and smart people are being let go when projects end while not so talented people are being kept, I am not saying that because I got laid off, I still work here at Aetna.
