The things senior management talks about are not put into practice. All the current managers care about is how much work you can do and how much money they can make. Have not heard a word about customer satisfaction mentioned in a staff meeting in over a year. Just because our clients are Medicare/ Medicaid members doesn't mean that they don't matter, especially since Gov't services is one of the only consistently profitable segments of the business. Health insurance benefits are terrible, no opportunity for growth. The only recognition you will ever get is from your co-workers.
