Pros
Work at home. Yearly bonus.
Cons
Pay increases are getting lower for those of us not in management. Cannot advance into management positions unless you are buddies with management. Lateral transfers are on hold for most nursing positions, however some nurses are able get a lateral transfer 'under the radar' for positions that are not posted. Need to follow workflows that were developed by a management team that obviously has not performed this role - expectations are demanding and we are told that we are salaried so you need to stay and finish your work. We are told this by our supervisors that clock in their 8 hours and go home. Policies and procedures are not consistent throughout the company. Employees are forced to drive 60 minutes each direction to do in home visits. Management mistakenly admitted during a meeting that the application that is used to determine drive times is inaccurate, so a 60 minute drive time actually takes over 70 minutes. Workload has not been decreased to reflect the extra time out of the office. I'm just being honest and have examples for a lot of these comments, so please don't think I am a disgruntled employee. Just being truthful.
