Pros

Good Salary Yearly Performance Bonus Work from Home Black Friday is a company-wide holiday Great Potential for Advancement

Cons

Health Insurance, believe it or not, is bad. The insurance is expensive and carries a very high deductible. I found this to be ironic and sad. My co-workers, who had health insurance through their spouses had a better time of it. Working from home is a double-edged sword. It saves the employee sometimes a very long commute, and gives them more opportunities to work in positions they might not otherwise have available in their locations. However, the temptation of having a work station in their home, there is a temptation to work 12-14 hours per day. It's easy to justify "donating" work time since you would normally waste those hours each day sitting in traffic. But that leads to thoughts of, "Hey! I've got insomnia; I'll just log on quickly and finish my presentation or paperwork." "I might as well stay logged in and finish my charting; I'm already saving 3 hours per day not sitting in traffic." The next thing you know, you haven't moved in hours, and your ankles are swollen. My last position, I logged in at 3am since I had insomnia, and my manager and supervisor were logged in and working from the previous day! It was insane! Also if you wanted the best rates for the lousy insurance, you had to do "metabolic testing" each year to get a modest "discount" on the insurance.
