Pros

At Aetna you're treated fairly and there are plenty of opportunities to advance. I have a great boss that has helped me when I've needed time off, they undestand that you have a family and that things happen when you need time off. They really tap into other talents you may have to create a better work environment.

Cons

The health benefits are pretty poor for being a health insurance company. You would think that they'd give you a health plan with a low deductible, but the premiums and out of pocket are failry high. The turn-over is somewhat high, but it's not due to the company, it's due to the lack of compntency of the people that they hire.
