      Pros

      Flexibility, able to help others, mobile, excellent and reputable company to work for, assistance in getting off the ground and fantastic training, motivational incentives to move forward.

      Cons

      Must be motivated to try and move forward and excel at your job. Not a con, but it's what YOU make of it.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
