      Pros

      Perks and management were great. I loved the culture and all the people I worked with. They still offer a pension and 401K, which is rare these days.

      Cons

      Compensation could have been much better. Columbus is a small town and the mill barons like to keep it that way. They keep everyone from job hoping and force lower salaries all around.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
