      The company has a great reputation in the industry.

      Cons

      There is a lot of change. People are frequently reorganized and everyone moves on to the next thing without worrying about existing programs. The churn of people makes it difficult to advance since every year or so, there is a new boss.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
