Pros

They offer great benefits to the employees, and have an annual Employee Appreciation Day where all employees get half the day off for a company wide celebration.

Cons

I worked in their call center in Columbus Georgia for about 5 years and I HATED IT! They have SO MANY requirements you have to meet and the managers do nothing but micro-manage. The time I was there I met my requirements but I know a few other people that had got written up because they missed meeting the requirement by just a point or two. Also, if you are good in the call center, you better like it because you are stuck there!

Pros

Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

Cons

No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
