      Pros

      Great benefits. Telework options for some departments. The pay is ok. They allow you to take classes if you are in school. If you like change, then this is a good place.

      Cons

      Hard to advance within the company. During month end everyone is running around with their heads cut off. It can get really stressful. Although their motto is cover the customer, majority of the time everyone is trying to cover their behinds.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
