      Ability to balance work and personal time. Great mentorship and coaching. You become the owner of your own business. It's just like opening a Franchise! No experience needed we will coach and mentor you.

      Cons

      You must be Self Motivated to work everyday. No on is going to force you to work. Your success is based on your work ethnic.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
