      -Paid for full living arrangements in Columbus- included a fully furnished apartment close to the office. -Set up activities for the interns to interact with top management of the company. -the employees are extremely friendly and make you feel welcomed. -was involved in different global meetings to grow international experience. -great learning experience for real- world corporate.

      Cons

      -while working under 1 supervisor, some interns didn't get the experience to see different areas of where they worked.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
