      Pros

      Great benefits and family work environment. The work can be rewarding depending on what department you are in. Salary is about average compared to other companies.

      Cons

      Management and morale need improvement. Old school management style is in place and the company seems to struggle adapting to 2015 standards.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
