      Has potential if willing to work hard. Company name recognition is high. Training is relevant and easy to access.

      Cons

      Very high turnover. Requires a lot of time to get established. Many need alternative income source to while getting established.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
