Pros
They have great medical benefits and a yearly bonus
Cons
They are very hard on the employees, you are not allowed to talk to your co-workers or even help them, you would have "power hours' when you couldn't even get up to go to the bathroom unless it was a true emergency. It had turned into all about production, so the quality of work was going down and you would get in trouble for that but they would change the rules every few days thinking it was making it easier but it was just causing confusion!
