      Pros

      Aflac products are very affordable, and have great payouts, work environment is very laid back, sales positions offer a lot of flexibility, High level executives are easy to work with. Advanced commissions, bonuses, company paid trips.

      Cons

      Commission only for sales positions. No health benefits.

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
