      Pros

      I love my job everyday! It pulls me from my comfort zone and drives me to be the best I can be! I don't have a boss per say but my team supports my efforts and encourages me to strive for the best.

      Cons

      Generating leads can be difficult and cold calling has its downs but it definitely forces you out of the box

      Pros

      Freedom to be your own boss, trips, bonuses, renewable income (instead of one time commission), career instead of just a job. FORTUNE 500 and a World's most Ethical Company. Great training (at least here in Wyoming) and a family mentality. Great family/work balance.

      Cons

      No base pay, can be a slow start at first, you have to be very organized and self-driven, have to be licensed in life and health to sell insurance (but my management help with the process).
