Salary is always paid on schedule.
Cons
The Indian affiliate centre operates like an authoritarian outpost where one abroad leader controls everything from afar, creating a climate of fear instead of leadership. A forced “ratings and reviews” culture has emerged, where new joiners feel pressured to give 5-star feedback or risk consequences — completely unethical and demoralising. Floor management adds no real value. There are no business discussions, no strategy, no SOPs — just pointless micro-management over grammar in emails while secretly taking photos and videos of employees and sending them up the chain. Performance reviews feel manipulated, with capable people pushed out and undeserving ones pushed up. Basic employee support is missing. No snacks, no proper seating, no call booths. Hybrid work is advertised but not honoured — team leads demand daily office presence and push people to handle customer calls outside shift hours, sometimes with threats attached. The floor environment is chaotic: abusive language, unprofessional behavior, loud music during night shifts, even card games on the floor. Reporting issues feels unsafe because retaliation seems more likely than resolution.
