Pros

I've worked in tech companies all my career and I appreciate Aftership's principles in building a global business in a sustainable way. This company is a rare find - you will definitely be challenged, but you are encouraged to take autonomy in a variety of I'll say cool projects and have opportunities to grow. It's also a pretty diverse team and everyone is nice. Benefits are pretty good (retirement match, learning benefit + i've never had lunch budget before) and the pay is competitive.

Cons

Things move fast lol so if you like the startup pace then that's not too bad. also they are still building in a lot of departments (R&D is the most mature) so there is the need to figure things out and put better process in place. Benefits in the US can be improved
