Pros

coworkers usually ago above and beyond to help each other because leads dont. Customers are fantastic to deal with and always entertaining.

Cons

Management is awful. They expect you to keep calls under 6 minutes but also to stop what you're doing every 2 minutes to update them on what you're doing on the call. Yet you can sometimes expect to be sitting with a client on the phone for 30+ minutes with your constantly asking in team chat for mgmt or team leads help with no one helping.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
