Pros

I loved the opportunity to move up and pay. They offered a lot of incentive and progression with your role and there are a lot of great mentors there to help if job demand permits more downtime on the phones. Which is rare

Cons

there is a reason there is a high turnover rate there. I started with twenty some people in my training class, finished with 7. I was one of the last two from my class when I left after only 5 mos. Because of the mental strain the job held. They need to figure out a better communication system within roadside asst with providers and customers. The communication is not transparent enough for people the receive good assistance. I had so many people constantly calling who had been waiting even weeks on a tow. We had multiple shift bids promised that were never carried out and then were cut from our yearly raises right before I left (due to covid so pretty understandable I guess but sucks for employees). The call volume was always so out the roof and consistent. I had never had such a back to back nonstop pace- like repeatedly getting cursed out for someone being stranded now for 12 hours still- and was not worth it to me

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
