thorough training, opportunities for bonuses, on site location was always clean, supervisors and team leads genuinely wanted to help improve the teams they were in charge of

Thank you for the feedback. As you know, our contact centers can get busy and yes, at times we do mandate overtime however in doing so, we make every effort to ensure associates get over time hours that work for them and advanced notice to prepare. Whether it's in 1:1 meetings with supervisors, multiple emails alerting associates in advance and then posting available hours for associates to sign up - every effort is made to both provide notice and find over time windows that offer minimal disruption to our associates lives.

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
