Thank you for your feedback. Although we make every effort to accommodate our agents scheduling needs, ultimately these schedules are determined by our CUSTOMERS needs so sometimes we don't land with the best match. Seniority is a factor, not the factor. To manage this process we are in near active communication with our agents on needs, we partner to troubleshoot potential issues and make sure that for those who didnt get a schedule that worked best they are pushed to the front of the line the next time around.

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
